As a videographer in Lille, director and content creator, I live and work in the Lille metropolitan area. I work with businesses, institutions, non-profits and brands in Hauts-de-France that have a real story to tell: a craft, a trade, an innovation, a commitment. Being based locally changes the way I work: quick location scouting, technical suppliers I've known for a long time, and the availability you need when a shoot is decided within a few days. From the Lille area to the rest of Hauts-de-France, I travel across the whole region, and I also work in Paris, in Brittany and anywhere in France, depending on the project.
I work from Lille for businesses and institutions across Hauts-de-France. Roquette in Lestrem, Lesaffre in Marcq-en-Barœul, Les 3 Brasseurs, Les Moulins d'Ascq, Brasserie Castelain: these are shoots where you step into a workshop, film a production line that doesn't stop for the camera, and have to understand the trade before you know how to frame it.
Being based here changes how a film gets made, in very practical ways. Location scouting can be arranged in a morning. A shoot postponed because of the weather can be moved to the following week, with no travel costs or hotel nights to pass on. And I've known the technical suppliers in the Lille area for years: that matters on the day you need a second camera operator or specific grip equipment within twenty-four hours.
I also work with institutions in the Lille area, such as CCI Grand Lille, Lille3000 and GAEL, as well as local non-profits. It was here that I filmed the work of Utopia 56 with unaccompanied migrant minors, and in Hauts-de-France that I directed "Entre les frontières" ("Between the Borders"), a documentary series filmed on the coast. For five years, I also directed the films for the "Septembre en or" campaign for the paediatric oncology unit at the Centre Oscar Lambret.
From the Lille area, I travel across the whole region, from Dunkirk to Arras, and I regularly film in Paris, in Brittany and elsewhere in France. I have my own vehicle and I bring my own equipment, drone included: there's no outside supplier to add to the budget, and no change of team between the quote and the delivery.

Do you work alone?
I write, film and edit everything myself, so you have a single point of contact from start to finish. When a shoot calls for it, I bring in a second camera operator or a sound engineer.
Can you film by drone in Lille?
Yes. A large part of the metropolitan area is restricted airspace because of Lille-Lesquin airport. I'm a certified drone pilot and I prepare the overflight authorisation requests myself.
